Come to Metropolitans, Come to think of extra modern prototypes of high-storied buildings…That might even cost you your life, not to talk about your senses, dare you stare for 2-3 minutes amid the seemingly devouring army of auto-vehicles, another-rooted-characteristic of a Metro, specially at peak hours. They are army of machines trampling and killing at randomized pace. To be noted here is the course which they follow: a certain course which gets uncertain if the impact of that trample at randomized pace gets significant. Yet, the mystery of life is so luring that the fleet ignores the shedding off of one of its machines and moves on.
Now from the randomized pace and space, let’s move to the place which is a collective being and also the confluence of a good number of those machines from the fleet. Its magnetic force keeps its machines controlled and stuck to a routine which ensures the former’s own longevity. People not only automate their-controlled machines, but automate themselves as per the requirements of that Collective being better known as Organizations, of course with respect! These giants feed on the “resources”. They are many. One of them is HR.
The course is still the same. Machines keep eroding. Indeed they are subject to wear and tear!!
